Patients are financially responsible for charges not covered by their insurance. All copayments, coinsurance, and deductibles are to be paid in full at the time of service, unless previous arrangements have been made in writing.

Notice of Rate Adjustment

Effective January 30, 2026 our service rates will be adjusted. Our rates have remained unchanged since 2022, and this update helps us keep pace with rising wages, rent, operating expenses, and the cost of hiring and training high-quality staff.
